General
Our process is based on permission-based marketing and relationship building. Because we start building this from the beginning on LinkedIn, it means the appointments are much more qualified and our clients consistently get between four and six leads each and every month.
We take over one or two of your LinkedIn accounts and do your LinkedIn for you. You’ll have approved all of the messages we send and, as LinkedIn sends you an email when you get a reply, you’ll be able to see everything we do so it’s totally transparent.
We would usually expect to see at least one qualified appointment in month one with hot prospects coming through; two to three qualified appointments in month two with more hot prospects and then four to six qualified appointments from month three onwards.
Remember that we’re getting appointments with hard-to-reach decision makers so it’s likely that they’ll need to get board approval on moving forward with you. As such, most of our clients are seeing returns within six months of working with us. However, if you’re not happy at any time, you can stop working with us by giving a month’s notice.
We wouldn’t be doing ourselves any favours if we knew we couldn’t get the results you were looking for but worked with you anyway. If we didn’t feel confident, we would have told you that on our first phone call so if we’ve got this far down the line, we’re pretty confident.
Yes we do, in fact, we are so confident in our ability to get you results, Exceptional Thinking guarantees that if we do not achieve your contractual amount of appointments, in any given month, the short fall will be rolled over to the following month.
If you’re unable to attend a meeting that you’ve scheduled either with us or with a client, get in touch with us as soon as possible so we can re arrange another date and let the client know.
If you’re having trouble closing an appointment, our team is more than happy to help. We can offer advice and some tips on your appointments so you feel as confident as possible going into an important meeting.
Head straight over to our “contact us” page and schedule your free call with us. Once we have a meeting with you and get to know your business, we can get that ball rolling!
GDPR
The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is a legal framework that sets guidelines for the collection, storage, and processing of personal information from individuals who live in the European Union (EU).
The Information Commissioner’s Office is the UK regulator dealing with the Data Protection Act 2018 and the General Data Protection Regulation and the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003 across the UK.
The ICO are like the data protection police and we need to make sure we always keep on their good side.
It is important to take GDPR compliance very seriously, since the penalties for non-compliance are punitive and designed to be painful. You definitely don’t want to be on the receiving end of an ICO investigation or enforcement notice.
We only offer 100% GDPR compliance
Most marketing formats have evolved to rely heavily on the use of customer data. GDPR is a rule set governing the circumstances and manner in which data can be processed legally. It also introduces some scary consequences for falling foul of the law. GDPR also sets out the framework for which types of data are considered Private and should be treated as such. The GDPR-savvy phrase used to describe private data is Personally Identifiable Information (PII).
Most businesses are surprised by the amount of PII stored within their systems, often without any specific intent or purpose.
Not necessarily. GDPR is concerned with how we collect, store and process personal data.
Under GDPR, Consent is one lawful basis for processing personal data, but there are alternatives. In particular, you may be able to rely on ‘legitimate interests’ to justify collecting, storing, and processing personal data.
When it comes to using data for marketing purposes and questions of consent, the relevant framework is actually PECR.
Regulations covering B2B marketing communications are generally speaking – less strict under PECR and consent is not required in B2B scenarios. You need to be careful about who you target and the type of messages you send but that’s where we come in, our approach is 100% GDPR AND PECR compliant.
