The first thing we do when we start working with a new client is organise a kick-off meeting. That’s when we get your team and our team together and get to know you as a client. We’ll find out about your products and services and ask lots of questions. At the end of that meeting, everyone should know what we’re doing and what we’re aiming for.
Throughout the month, we’re then communicating with you by email and phone making sure you know what’s happening and going on.
And then we meet on a weekly basis to give you a proper update, complete with KPIs to make sure we’re on track.
In addition to all of this, we’ve got something that we think is vital for building trust. If you’re not happy working with us, we just ask for a month’s notice, so we don’t tie you into any long contracts.
We’ve put all of this in place to make sure we build trust as much as possible.
