Venners Overview

Venners Ltd are one of the largest stock checking and compliance businesses to the hospitality sector in the UK.

Venners engaged with Exceptional Thinking to help identify, target and book appointments with prospects operating within the hospitality sector, anywhere across the UK. Venners had always relied on referrals, word of mouth and their existing reputation as a market leader in order to gain qualified appointments but felt that a steady flow of leads from an outreach campaign would help further drive their business growth.

To kick off, we sat down with the Venners Senior Leadership team and got to understand what their ideal prospect looked like, the types of businesses they were looking to target… and of course what a really well qualified appointment looks like.

Using this information, we took to LinkedIn to target their ideal prospects, warming them up with targeted messaging, before passing the prospects details to our experienced Telemarketing team.

Since starting to work with Venners just over 12 months ago, we have booked 31 qualified appointments for them, with a number of household names being booked, and subsequently turned into revenue.
