So, here’s an interesting question – of all the leads that we book for our clients, how many of them actually turn into sales?
We’ve measured this and found, on average, just over 50% turn into clients.
We say on average because it depends on how good our clients are at selling. Some of them are very good and their percentage return is much higher than this. Others are not so good, so their percentage is lower.
Once we start working with clients, we do not abdicate responsibility when we give them a lead though. We do work with them to move the lead forward as much as possible and give them tools and techniques to help them do this.
