We were talking to a potential client the other day and after we’d walked him through the system we used (LinkedIn connections, email marketing through LinkedIn and telemarketing). He remarked that it wasn’t so different to the techniques he used to use himself years ago.
Back in the 80s and early 90s, in the absence of LinkedIn and even the internet, the same method were used to get appointments; just the technique was different.
Sending letters through the post and following up by phone were the order of play. Not so different to the technique we’re using now really, are they? We’ve just updated it a bit to fit the 21st century.
So if it worked then, it’s no surprise that it’s working today too… and it’s giving our clients between four to six qualified leads consistently each and every month.
