We’ve structured our team so our Account Management team and Telemarketing team are led by Senior Managers – that means first and foremost, your account won’t just be delegated and left – a Senior Manager will be overseeing everything at all times.
In addition, at least four team members are working on your account and all are up to date with what’s happening and the actions that need to be taken. Consequently, if anyone goes on holiday, is sick or leaves, nothing is missed, everything carries on as normal and we can continue to give great service to our clients.
We’ve had this structure in place for a few years now and it works extremely well. Yes, you will hear from various members of the team who will be working with you, but they will be trained and knowledgeable in your business, products and services and how you work.
